Cowgirl

When you press on the horse's ear, it neighs, shakes its head and tail - a little scary.

Bea's babble

No doubt about it - Bea is a chatty cathy. This list is mostly for posterity so we won't forget....(it's amazing how much we've already forgotten from just last year!). Her teachers at daycare say she says a number of words in Spanish and we only know of two, so there are probably more that she doesn't use at home or we don't recognize. Anyhow, it was a fun exercise to try to capture her 18-month-old vocabulary.

Xmas Baby Rumble

My friend Josh took this hilarious picture of all the kids at the YHS '95 Reunion Brunch held over hte holiday break. The age range is 2 weeks - 4 1/2 years! Lest we think Ms. Bea is a perfect little poser, she was wailing in the very next frame.

Welcome Ruby Wynn Demitros!

We are thrilled to announce that Bea has a cousin! My sister Julie and her husband, Brian, welcome their baby girl *Ruby Wynn Demitros* into the world yesterday. Everyone is happy and healthy, thank goodness! They live in Chicago, so we are getting our baby fix electronically for now. Check out their blog "Hello World" from the link on this page.

Bling bling

I swear, I had no hand in this. Bea went to town in the "jewel pit" at the Children's Museum.
